Definitely putting in an order. So far customer service has been top notch and I'm excited to get this installed - thanks Mike! Will plan to update when it comes in.

Damn. Even if you didn't mention you came from Fabspeed it would have been obvious. Come back from a long trip outside of the states and the same guy that had part in doing the F83 and F87 guys wrong jumped ship and ends up peddling BS under a new company name. Hilarious.

Customer service has been my priority ever seen I stepped into the automotive industry where I've worked for the entirety of my career. You haven't seen the long days and nights I've put into trying to help customers sleep soundly, and you do not know the full extent of the crushingly consistent compromised situations I've had to try to and make right, or the loss of sleep I've shared with customers who have been treated poorly. I left that scenario, as did others, primarily due to the fact that we did not have the power to do right by customers. A quick search will speak volumes. I did not have a part in starting Soul, but I joined for two main reasons: for the ability to have unfettered creative freedom to get customers the media they want and develop a customer centric brand, but more importantly to take care of customers in any way I can - from custom media, to information, to backing up our promises about customer service. This is my life, helping any way I can to take care of our customers. Be it connecting with the community on Instagram, doing everything in my power to launch a product and market it honestly, or sitting at my computer at night to answer to the forums. I'm upset at your comment because I truly do care - we should chat privately if you are open to breaking bread and getting some more insight. I'm always here helping any way I can. If I / we can do better, tell us. If you have concerns, connect with us. -Mike S |

It's ok Mike. You could have messaged me all of that instead of milking the Internet. It was simply funny to me how quick the team change occurred from that fiasco. I do not wish to know of your work event history or of the long nights catering to make people happy as most of us have been there. At least you noted F83 fitment on your website this time around. Cheers.

Put this on our shop car, very happy with the sound! Got rid of the high pitch rattle can sound associated with the S55.
We have 2 resonated systems in-stock! |

Here are pics of my non-resonated exhaust installed after a few weeks of use! Working on adding a diffuser and black tips to tie it all together, but overall very happy with the look, finish, and fitment. Still feeling out the sound. It is overall a definite improvement over stock, but if you open the valves and accelerate while the engine is still cold, it tends to make a higher pitched "fart" when shifting from 1st to 2nd that isn't my cup of tea. I usually run valves closed until it gets warmed up to resolve this.
