Just wanted to highlight a new Product ER just released.. Their all new CATTED S55 Downpipes..

Pics to follow, but here are some details.

Key Features:

Now available for the 2015+ BMW M3/M4 S55 Engines!
High FLO 200 CEL RACE CATs
Higher Max Horsepower Power Curve
Higher Intial Torque Curve. Torque curve hits faster and higher and longer.
Better throttle response and faster turbo spool up times
Mandrel Bent 3" piping. Smooth transition to the exhaust system.
100% Stainless Steel Construction
100% TIG welded for better quality welds
Precision CNC machined turbocharger V-Band flange
Retains factory donut style gasket
Mirror polish or brush finish
Available with high temperature black thermal coating to reduce underhood temperatures
Compatible with the factory or aftermarket exhaust systems
Track tested durability
Includes all hardware for complete installation
Limited Lifetime Warranty

With stock exhaust?

Will be deeper and a touch louder..

These are high flow race cats so exhaust flow is much improved over stock cats.

Hit an miss on that.. I usually tell customers that catted downpipes will eventually throw a code, especially since BMW tolerances are pretty low. You can go 100s of miles without a CEL, but then one may pop up.. So until we get lots of miles on these its a toss up.. Best to expect you will have a CEL.
