I have a DCT but gotta admit that it looks fun rowing gears in the 6. Nice video, stock exhaust?..doesn't sound horrid like most would claim, though yes the GT3 did sound sweet pulling away.

Looks like fun! Definitely will be going with 6mt when I jump up to an F80.

Whats the spec on that mg m4? I see that spoiler, is it a track setup?

It is fun and I love the sound when changing gears. On my DCT in the E90 it was just a change in tone. Manual tends to be a little more fun when doing some spirited runs.

His exhaust flaps and permanently open so it sounds even better.

Yeap stock exhaust with valves left open. In my opinion the manual is more raw but the DCT is better

yeap keep in mind my valves are constantly open and I have an external mic placed near the exhaust area which does a much better job at capturing sound than say a smart phone

That's the RZ M4 he's got plenty of aero and just all sorts of mods to it

I also like to run it in combination with waze as you can see in the video. there's been many times where the radar detector didnt pick up hidden cops but someone on waze did
