If you're in contact with BMS / Terry I would just keep them in the loop and they will fix your issue. Nobody here can be of better help then BMS themselves. IF you can't connect into your JB4 then there is no way to flash the firmware back on it.

I would double check all connections and make sure there is power going to the unit (car on, etc.)

Worst case you will need to send the JB4 back to BMS.
