It does not. The M Performance lip is designed to be used in conjunction with the splitters.

Mike, I hope they fired the guy who had the bright idea to make the lip "ride up" on the factory splitter. Looks like complete total ASS and ruined an otherwise awesome looking lip.

My OCD would bother me till no end by looking at that part.

It would look 10x worse on a light colored car as well.
