+1 for Yas Marina.

In a sea of black, white, and gray cars, if I am spending all this money on a M-car and not getting individual paint, I am going to opt for a color specific to the ///M.

Came down to YMB or AY. (they discontinued the SO at time of ordering)

Love the YMB, changes hue depending on ambient light. It has a certain richness to it with a good wax/glaze.

The only two colors that do anything for me are MW or YMB. My local dealer has a M3 in MW/Black/Black 19"/CF roof and the black/white contrast looks STUNNING!

MW will look great 10 years from now but I have never owned a white car before. YMB is a M specific color and it looks STUNNING as well but I'm not sure if it still will be 10 years from now (for me and everyone who sees it on the road).

So now I am having my doubts.......ahhhhhh the freakin' mental anguish.

Any inputs to help my dilemma would be highly appreciated.
I was in your shoes last year and finally settled on getting MW. YMB is really sexy and unique, however I like love the MW's elegance. YMB was just too much for me as I didn't want a color that grabbed so much attention (same deal with AY and SO).

i had the same debate. I ended up going with mineral white with the thought that i would likely get sick of the yas marina quickly.... Then I saw a yas marina on the road the other day, i almost blew a load!

Moral of my post... you can't go wrong either way! Enjoy your M

Love the ride, I will be blacking out the grill and side markers as well. I am planning to also add a Lightweight-Titanauspuffanlagen Front Spoiler and a Mode Carbon Rear M4 style Spoiler and mirror covers. Not sure on a diffuser for a number of reasons, one of them losing the foot swipe feature.

As I stated earlier, I am sticking with my original color choice of YMB but i did change the order slightly by changing the Black 19" 437 M Rims to the Silver 437 M and the M-DCT to the 6MT.

Great call! I almost always prefer dark rims on light cars but Yas is right on that border where I think the silver wheels look better with that color.

And 6MT... Yes, yes yes.

Since you can't get SO now, you should go with either Mineral White of Alpine White.

I'd pony up the extra for Tanzanite Blue, myself. It gives you something different, but still classy.

With the SO interior or either of the individual brown interiors, it just pops. Of course, I'm considering the vert, so you'd see the interior more with the exterior at the same time.

Personally, I would go with Mineral White. While I think YMB is a cool color, it's more of a novelty and don't think I would want to look at it everyday.

I have Mineral White and while I love it, the major downside to it is that if anything ever happens to the paint (accident, scratch, etc..), it is next to impossible to get a good color match on the repaired areas. A perfect example of this is how terribly the iND painted reflectors match just about any front bumper. It's so bad that I am contemplating taking them off and going back to ugly orange reflectors. That said, I would still go with MW

TAL2GK, have you seen the vert up close, I had all intention of getting it as well but when I saw it in person, roof up/roof down it didn't do anything for me.

I also don't like TB because it looks too much like the AirForce motor pool vehicles back in the day.

I saw those fenders on the M3 and it was all over.

JMHO of course
