Any thoughts on the head-up display?

While watching the new F83 video, I see there is a clip of the HUD in action. The Youtube BBCode doesn't support link to the middle of the video. Fast forward to 4:19 to see the HUD. The driver didn't redline the engine so you can't see the "shift lights" on the HUD.

The HUD is great but not a must have. But I definitely enjoy it and turns on the M HUD each and every time. That said, there are more to the exec package than just the HUD. The Surround View is amazing and I would say this is a must have. It provides a 270 external surround view of the car. This is amazing while parking and making sure you have room on both sides. Another reason for the Exec package is the full leather. I would have not thought it be needed, but when I got the car with the full leather, I was

!! It makes the car so much more elegant and much more prestigious.

So, I think the HUD was a nice to have with the Exec package but the full leather and the surround view are what make this package worth it.

I love HUD. I had it on my 2015 A6 and will be getting it in my F80. I would recommend it.
