M4 hood options

Looking to get a new hood but was curious to the current options on the market... thanks in advance to all... I'm looking to get one like in this picture (Not my pic but Car is ???)
Do they offer this style in steel or is it always FRP?

Stock or GTS in my opinion. Not a fan of the TRON look at all. Looks insanely tacky

This isn't a 1947 Ford Super Deluxe... you don't want or need a steel hood.

This isn't a 1947 Ford Super Deluxe... you don't want or need a steel hood.
I just heard fiber glass wasn't the way to go... not too knowledgeable so tryna seek some good direction

I was being facetious; stock hood is aluminum.

There are a couple options out there in FRP and CF; just go with a reputable company and you should have any issues. Exotics tuning has options in both materials and then there is OEM BMW.

Expect to be in the $2500+ range.

No aftermarket will provide an alu/steel hood as the press to stamp out such a part is too expensive

It's much cheaper for alibaba merchants to churn out hand laid carbon wrapped frp parts

As someone with an oe gts hood, go gts or leave it stock

X2 if you are going to change the hood go with the GTS. Most aftermarket hoods do not fit as well as the originals.
