No you are not, same for me. If you try to add with your VIN than it pulls out the car and some how attaches it with a BMW FS thing, from that point its an infinite loop of the Esign disclosure which simply gives the non stop error !!

I also get the same error message. When I spoke with the Genius he was not familiar with the issue and suggested I call BMW FS.

So frustrating, worst time to be doing this especially when I want to track my car.

I know calling the # works but I prefer both.

That sucks. I just logged in and it worked. Let me suggest you sign up for another bmw user account with a different email address just for tracking the car. That way you don't have to deal with the BMW FS portion of the site. May work.

The Build a car feature doesn't seem to be working at the moment either

Very strange. I'm not having issues with the site at all. Using IE ver.11.

Wonder if they're updating the build your own to the 2017s.

That's what I was hoping, although you would think they'd have the new stuff ready and would just swap it out. Shouldn't take days for a major company like BMW as they don't likely have the neighbor kid doing their website fitting it in after his homework.

I received this email a couple of weeks ago:

YOU WILL SOON NEED TO RE-REGISTER YOUR My BMW ACCOUNT.

Dear ,

Changes are coming to My BMW in September that will require all users to re-register and update their account information.

To make this process seamless, all of your vehicle and financial information — including enrollment in EasyPay and Paperless Statements — will automatically carry over with no further action required.

Stay tuned for more information. In the meantime, you can continue to use your current login to access your account at bmwusa.com/mybmw.

Hope it's a good update and resolves issues many here are having.

This happened to me yesterday right after putting in my VIN to track. Endless FS loop. Tried multiple browsers, no luck.

I wonder when they'll finally get 2017 info on there. I'd think that a big company like BMW wouldn't have problems like this with their website

They have no idea on whats going on, I have called and talked with different CS agents multiple times and every time they politely say, "they are updating the system" and "they are going to escalate my request to their IT department".

How hard can it be for some one as big as BMW to run a website successfully. Its probably generating like a 100 calls or more every day, every time I call them about this they act as if I am the only one that can't add my production number!!!

Sorry guys, I am a little annoyed with the whole thing, just found out that I might be on the "delivery hold" for the rear differential issue.

Ive called them so many times too they act like im the only one having the issue. They keep telling me to reset my password. Use different browsers blah blah.

I too am annoyed because my production is on hold due to engineering data. So im stuck at status 150. This whole ordering process is a nightmare.

Same issue with me. I was using the website perfectly fine for the last 3 years and I added the new M4 VIN today and it stopped working with the same error and redundant loop.

Any suggestions from people who were able to fix this issue?

EDIT: I was able to somewhat circumvent this error by "re-registering" with a different email address.
