Any skid pad in the Seattle area to learn car control skills?

After my last spin-off, I think using skid pads to learns some basic car control skills might be nice (and safer than track). Anybody knows any skid pad in the Seattle area? I know BMW club CCC event does skid pad (at least they did last time when I attended the event), but I can't always go back to CCC event a whole day just for a few minutes skid pad. Any other options?
