This is first time bmw set different RV for verts.... Thats new! But still no build out cash available for M4

So what do you think about me waiting til towards the end of year for left over M4s for good deal? I dont want to order 2016 as worse RV and price increase( i dont need HK or smart key access, i would rather have 19inch wheels with that money)

Do you think RV for 2016s will increase towards the end of year too like last year? I sigined my first M4 back in aug last year at 55% for 15k and Bmw increased the RV to 57% for sep

In the past the end of the year has always seemed to yield some really good programing and incentives! However there is also the train of thought that the longer you wait the more time you will not have a car that you could be enjoying

You have a good weekend too but lastly can i just go to any dealership to lock the rates? And use that incentive at any dealership? Can i simply do it online on bmw website?

Thank you!

You will need to work with one dealership/rep to lock you in. The dealership is the one who locks you in. You can do it online on BMW website you just need to select the dealer of choice and they will submit it for you to BMW and lock you in

MSRP: $77620
Sale Price: $71680
1k bmw event credit: $70680
1k grad incentive (if I qualify-apparently its a pain to setup)-69680

What do you guys think?
Ok so the dealer took a little more off:

total price after fees: $69539

Now do you guys think this is worth it vs waiting for a 16' with the new features? or maybe trying to do ED on a 16' but never considered it and it would be a pain. I hear some folks are getting near ED invoice though.
I think i would take your deal
Thats about $1500 below invoice Not only that, you save money on higher residual.....

If I go to my dealer and ask them to try and obtain a 2015 M3 from another dealership somewhere in the country, is that something that is feasible? I've never tried to do that before.

Yep, very possible. Dealers do trades all the time. Some dealers refuse to do it on M3/4's, but many others have no problem doing so.

Can the 2015 still be ordered, or would I have to find something on the lots?

you would have to find one on a lot at this time. Orders are for 16s only now

Just have to find one on a lot that is specd to your liking. That could be harder then you think. Plus a lot of dealers have been getting little to no allocations for M3s so they may be trying to get top dollar for whatever they have left since they know they may not get to many in the near future

That is for a 2015 m3. 2016 m3 10k is 62% residual now for the month of aug.

My dealer thinks they can source out a couple 2015 M3s in a dealer trade, but they said I'd have to pay $700 or so in shipping costs for getting the vehicle to the dealership. I assume this is normal?

Also the dealership has me at 4% off MSRP but that includes a $1000 incentive. I feel like the incentive should be applied AFTER we agree on a price basically, correct? The way it was laid out, it made me feel like they were really only giving me 3% off MSRP and then taking off the $1000 incentive to make it around 4%.

I'm thinking I should try to go for 5% off MSRP before any incentive?

If they have to ship the car I would expect the dealer to pass this cost along to you.

Generally it's best to negotiate a price first and then add incentives, but many dealers will do what yours is doing.

At this point unless you're getting a really good deal on a 2015 or need the car immediately, why not shop around for a good 2016 deal? As GOLFFRR mentioned above, a lot of dealers are holding out on their remaining 2015's since there have been so few 2016 M3 allocations.

Sale Price (after incentives and including fees): $69,519

Lease:
MF: .00130
36 months
12k/15k = $889.25/$936.28

Finance:
72 months
2.79APR
19k trade down
$820/month

Balloon
60 months
2.79 APR
19k trade

Final deal looks good for an in stock 15'?
Would it be best to lease based on these rates?

I have been shopping around for a 2016 deal, and every dealer I talk to says MSRP or maybe $500 off. And none of them have any allocations anyways.

For all those people complaining about a few % points being shifted on the residuals for the M3. Looks like you're gonna lose another few % points after 1/1/16 when they reduce the ED discount from 7% to 5%. Get them while its still good b/c it looks like BMW knows they got a good thing going with F80s and ED.

Broaden your search. There are still plenty of dealers giving generous discounts, they just might not be in WI.
