I wish they'd let us fill up utilising the trigger ratchet in the UK like you can in the US, we have to stand there holding the bloody thing.

I was thinking the exact same thing... we used to be able to lock the trigger didn't we? Many moons ago...Old style...

Not wishing to start everyone off about mpg, but I've done 6000 miles now in the M3 and regularly drive like a tree hugger and Still I'm only showing 21mpg!!! I get better mpg from the mac

: and I drive that like a hooligan!

I know I know..... she will be nailed more as soon as this shite weather eases I promise... I did manage just over 300 miles to one tank this week which is a record for me. Usually it's closer to 220 miles to a full tank. Maybe I don't drive her too much like a pussy all the time

I think the triggers are the same but we don't get the pin or ratchet thingy that enables the locking of the trigger, although they might have replaced those with newer versions as time has gone on.

It's farce really, can't lock the trigger or smoke or drink or use the phone.

I'm averaging 28mpg but that's only because of the runs down to Essex every week, round town it's 17-22mpg depending on how I drive.
