Ceramic Coating Shops in Tampa Area

Hello fellow Floridians!

I have recently purchased an F80 and have been reading up on the latest paint treatments and am seriously considering getting a ceramic coating applied, as I would love not having to wax the car every 3 months!

I am looking at an OptiCoat Pro application, or similiar product, and I was hoping that someone might be able to recommend any good shops in the area that do this, but also don't charge an arm and a leg.

Just basic Google searches has led to companies charging $1500+ just for the car, and I was wanting to get the wheels done as well so they were quoting north of $2K!! I know a lot of the cost is paint prep, but the car only has 15K on it and the paint seems to be in excellent shape, so I don't expect too much prep would be needed.

If any of you can shoot me any referrals of shops you know of that would be really appreciated.

I would put the cost aside for a minute and just talk to Pete. He can handle anything cosmetic for your M, and I think you will be pleasantly surprised once you speak to him.

Funny you mention them. They are actually one of the ones I contacted and am considering. Have you had any work done there? If so what kind?

I have used Autopaintguard twice, they installed a clear bra on my 2011 BMW 335i convertible, and later a clear bra and window tint on my 2016 M4 convertible. Both times they did excellent work. The owner, Ryan, drives a SO M4.
