You dropped off in Munich on 5-28, correct? I was on the 26th in Zurich so I worry that adds some time to my shipping. Still fighting the good fight versus my desire to know where my baby is at all times.

I dropped Loreley off in Munich on the morning of the 27th.
On the plate consideration, POT3NT came in second - I decided on PEEL M3.

Where do you all find out what ship you're on, your CA? I dropped my car off on May 27th, and my CA said he doesn't have any info.

I waited 4 months for my ED, but this wait is going to be harder since I already saw her!

I called BMW special deliveries and asked. 1-800-932-0831. They were very helpful and used my order # to look up the status.

Hey GOLFFRR I figured I'd ask you since you've been going through this "individual order" hell with me.

So my cars been sitting at port Bremerhaven for exactly a week now (after some undisclosed delay getting there since the car completed production on the 21st).

How much longer will it take to make it onto a boat to the west coast? Is it first come first serve? I feel like those of us who took the individual route (based off what I've read here and the m6 forum seeing how mines a 2016 m6) always end up taking so much longer to get a boat even AFTER going through the special order request (4-6 weeks) prior to status 112.

I'm still at "your vehicle is at the port awaiting a shipping vessel, with no additional shipping information at this time" (both automated and real live person update)

If you could shed some light on this for me- id definitely appreciate it. I was hoping to getting it in early-mid July- but now it's realistically looking like late July if not early August

Maybe its because the individual cars are rare and all the dock workers take turns taking it for a spin before finally loading it on a ship

I don't think I'll be doing this individual process again. It's felt like Christmas Eve for 4 months now- and Santa just won't bring the damn presents!

I have Individual paint and after the long wait to get to production, the rest has gone way faster than expected. I just found out today that the car is waiting for a carrier to the PDC in South Carolina. I'm not supposed to pick it up until July 10! Definitely looking into moving the date forward.
