AW M4 with gloss black painted OEM diffuser

I just had my diffuser painted gloss black, to match the emblems and the grill. $60 and done on the same day. Very happy with the outcome. There are two screws (8mm) on the sides of it and several push clips holding it. After the screws are removed, just pull on it to pop it off and then wiggle it out. Once the outer portion comes off, pull the diffuser down, as it will position the lower two clips for easy removal. Put it back on by inserting the back two clips in, then pop the rest in. Takes about 2 minutes to take off and put it back on just laying under the car. No jack required.

It will look even better with the CF trunk spoiler, when it arrives.

Edit: CF spoiler has arrived

Looks good

Although personally, I prefer the bulkiness of the M Performance diffuser, which, despite also being dark, has more presence.

100 percent agree. Makes the booty look not so bulky down low. Gives it a nice Brazilian lift.

Was thinking about during this in a vinyl wrap of some sort in case I wanted to change it in the future. Nonetheless, definitely agree that the diffuser needs to contrast. Very nice.

I also chose to go with the slimline gloss black license plate frame. It adds to the contrast pattern

I agree although this is a sweet and cheap alternative.

Remove two bolts (8mm socket) on the sides, and then just pull it off.

Looks great, I was thinking to do the same on my AW M4, I think is not worth to spend money on the CF diffuser from M Performance, is just my honest opinion

Looks alright, but I think cf diffuser is better choice to match with your future cf spoiler.

looks good.. did you have them spray your vent & trunk emblems while they were at it? sounds like the IND stuff is nice but seems like spraying the stock set makes more sense ...
