Garage List
Part Numbers for F80 M3 / F82 M4 M Performance Parts, Accessories and Fluids

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
I put together a list of most of the M Performance Parts (credit to Neil McRae), some accessories from the F3X that should fit/match the F8X and the correct fluids (credit to Dackelone). After posting part of it and receiving a few PMs, I decided to share it with the community and take the heat for the mistakes I surely made. Keep in mind this is a work in progress.

I am sure there are errors as well as missing items; let me know so I can fix and/or add them.

Please make sure you check the part # before ordering.

Thanks, just trying to help out. Honestly most of the hard work was done by Neil McRae and Dackelone, I just "borrowed" it and cleaned it up a bit

Still missing the part # for the side rocker panels and decals for the M3

So I got the automatic pedal covers part# 35002232278 and tried to install last night. The brake pedal cover was a lot bigger than brake pedal on car so no go. However the size seems to match in pictures what you get with manual version and will see if that works.

I think with DCT, you're supposed to go with the manual covers. The brake pedal in DCT is the same as the 6MT.

Sorry it doesn't fit, my bad but that's why I said to check the part numbers

Already edited the parts list since it would be the same # for the DCT and manual, you would just loose the clutch pedal on DCT

So still missing the DCT specific pedals and the rocker panels for the M3

I don't believe there is specific part # for the DCT pedals... It's the manual set, except you just don't use the clutch pedal.

Thanks for confirmation everyone. We learn by trial an error sometimes. No worries

Side sill = side gills or side markers with the M3/M4 logo in gloss black vs. stock chrome

So far we are missing the part numbers for the MPP left kidney grille & side gills for the M3 b/c of the different logos vs. M4 parts. You could purchase the M4 version and try to swap out the logos but it's not ideal.

Also the side rocker panels for the M3 since I doubt the M4 version would even fit.

UPDATE: found the grille and side gill part numbers. Just missing the rocker panels for the M3 (F80)

Doesn't the manual already come with the lighted version of the weighted ZHP style knob? IMHO it doesn't get much better than that but if you want the Carbon Fiber M Performance version you can use the one for the F3x but beware that the carbon fiber is "open pore" and will look different than the trim on the F8x if you opted for CF

Still difficult to find all the parts, I am looking for the MPE and can't find it anywhere. I'll have to wait a bit longer I guess...

Hahaha, you just made it easy to order! Do you know how much I spend time going around my car so I wouldn't see the lack of performance diffuser? I swear I'll send you the bill for my new shoes when these ones wear out, and I'll have a diffuser and no footwear.

Thanks for the list, you indeed did us a favor, I'm too grumpy to search shit myself.

Don't sweat it, and for the record I already spend too much money on my wife's three favorite idiots (Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik and Jimmy Choo) so I am used to it (still hate them)!!!

FWIW I jokingly told her that I could just buy any cheap shoe and spray paint the sole red and "voilą" she wouldn't even notice!!! Her answer was slightly psychotic and scared the living s@#$ out of me (I thought she wasn't paying attention to the whole M3 debacle) it was something like: "don't worry honey, if you try the spray painted shoe B.S. I'll rip a chunk of your SO leather in the new car and have it sewn onto the soles of the shoes!!!

Imagine what she's gonna do when M Performance Parts start arriving by mail!!!

Buahahaha.

I don't use face book or any social media, but my husband, and thanks to my friends I know this had written there a long complaint about the car and his friends complaining about their wives shopping for shoes. Apparently I wasn't the cheap option in the end.

Besides the pink training shoes, I have one pair of heels, one pair of something weird, and combat boots. Thanks to you, I now have brands to google so the mod parts wont kill his faith in my not being the most expensive option he's ever taken.

Still don't get the shoe thing... Never will, you can't even drive in a pair of those and who the hell would let any man drive?
