DME not reading Battery

Motor was swapped and now I am getting an error. I replaced the positive battery cable, there is no change. Measured the voltage from battery to DME, the voltage is in spec all the way through.

My codes are
215109- battery module: fault, or open circuit
CD8F01- LIN message battery module: missing
D52C79- signal invalid, transmitter DME/DDE

I have cleaned up ground connections, unplugged the battery for a length of time and am currently stumped
