I've had some great success coding a few things thanks to all the experts on here. I've tried coding the soft touch turn blinker from 3 flashes to 5, and while the Werte change seems to hold, it doesn't have any impact on the car itself. Still just get 3 flashes. I was recently at the dealer and they updated some of the software. Do you think the software updates change the functionality of that Code Change? Any thoughts / suggestions to try?

I just had coding done by Rob at *************. It was quick, done through my laptop and the results were fantastic and well worth the cost.

Yes, . This is no longer codeable in newer firmware.

I had some success coding in mid-2016 after picking up my F80 M3. Just turned this in at end of lease and picked up another, however 2018 this time.

Is there a way I can get a summary of what has changed and where I need to get started now? I am sure my E-Sys software is out of date so not sure what I need to do next.

Hi,

Does anyone know how to get rid (and stay rid) of the errors that are thrown when the OEM seats are replaced by for example sparco's? Although the airbag chimes and all that are already coded off, I am really struggling with the pressure pillow (that is not present anymore) which probably throws the airbag error and/or seatbelt restraint error. It clogs up the dash so it sucks bad.

Further I'm still looking to find a solution to remove the SOS call error after stripping the car and battery error after having replaced the OEM battery with a light weight battery.

Hey guys, Just starting on this E-sys coding and I am trying to connect to the car F80 and I have more options than what I have seen on the tutorials. I am thinking it is the top one but not sure. I know that the DIRECTS are not an option so that still leaves four choices. I have attached a pic. Can anyone help

That is not right. And you should not have ECU showing (DME). I would delete PSdZData and reinstall it.
