In other words, yes, the standard F8x has this feature as standard.

Yup

Shows the M4 GTS weight as being only 10 lbs. less than an M4. With the partial cage and added wing, does anybody know, other than the seats, where they were able to implement weight savings? (ex: CF bumpers)

A few that come to mind besides the lighter front seats and rear seat delete:
  • CF hood
  • CFRP dash support
  • Basic audio system (less amps and speakers)
  • Lighter center console
  • Lighter door/side panel trims
  • Less sophisticated HVAC system
  • Less sound insulation

Don't forget the wider wheels and water injection system that also add some weight.

Thanks - Unfortunately, other than the CF hood, nothing I can really take advantage of on the race car.

Thanks for posting this PDF. I just printed it in color and had Kinkos bind it into a booklet for easy future reference. Nice to have.

The price seems to be increasing by the day, so the sooner the better!

If I could choose again, I’d go Grey

I had a frozen grey one and the color got old pretty quickly. I have a white one now and I freaking love it. Hands down my favorite car I've owned.
