JB4 S55 Stage 3 Connections

Are the Fuel Connector and Wastegate connections only for use on Map 7 for race gas ethanol maps? Or does it also help in map 2?

map 2 is just a little more aggressive then Map 1. With map 7 you will need the fuel connector and wastegate connections. When running may 7, you can use race gas and or E85/91 mix. I like the E85/91 mix better. Reason being its cheaper ($30 total) vs Race Gas ($100 fill up).

Better fueling always help.

But the stage 3 connections only come into play on Map 7. They do nothing for map 2

So can you run e85 mix on map2 without fuel connector?

The EWG connections are only used on maps 6+ but the fuel mass connection is suggested for map 2 and required for any E85 mixture.

I run e85 on map 7 without the EWG. Still waiting on a go ahead to plug them in. It takes maybe 15-20 minutes to connect them.

Haven't actually contacted terry to see if I should connect them with the latest maps, last time i had them connected was on older firmware.

And in case anyone is wondering I was getting CELs with the EWC connections when I first got the JB4

Will the JB4 automatically delete downpipe CEL's?

Do you have to completely undo the overflow tank or just removing the two torx screw is enough to get to the fuel connector with wrench.

How much power are we getting on a completely stock car with a JB4 on Map 7 with a 93/E85 mix? And what is the required mix ratio?

Removing those two screws then you will have enough space

Supreme powers car made 525 whp and 547 torque with stock exhaust, ER downpipes and jb4 stage 3 map 7 with 91/E85 mix. The mix ratio was about E40. I haven't seen anyone run map 7 without downpipes and better fueling.
