Back in E46 days a huge group of BMW CCA ///M enthusiasts all did a joint euro delivery with the M3. I know M5POST members had a similar deal last year (See: http://f10.m5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=739733).
I think we need to organize an epic joint euro delivery on this car. I'm actually very excited about the M4 now. The heart is an inline 6 as a proper BMW should have. just with turbo kick. I'm more than willing to help with the planning. Thinking a drive on Stelvio to break in the cars then a back to back trip to the Ring and SPA. We can work on reserving an airfield for some drift training. have a pile of extra rear tires available something to that effect.

For those of us that know we're getting the car already and want to do this - planning ahead is vital and what not to doing a joint delivery.

On the first day of M5 deliveries, what, were there like 25 plus deliveries of members on here? There is a very good chance I will be on this list if something is organized. I'm sure BMW will look to repeat what happened with the M5...I'm sure they got great press out of it.
Not sure I'll be doing all of these activities, but I'd love to meet the other guys for a drink or something. |

Probably the earlier you gauge interest the better?

interesting. I replied to another thread and this was made into a separate one. anyways, I'm all for it. I'm hoping we get to see the M3/M4 at Frankfurt this September. This car has to be revealed on home turf first. and the bigger the buzz we make about this car, the more we can generate some interest from sponsoring companies to be part of it. I know of a few dealerships that would probably love to get in on a huge delivery of these cars. It will surely catch BMW AG and NA's attention if we all ask for a joint delivery of 20+ cars within a few days. We have ///M school in Munich for one thing.

Pretty sure if u have any relationship with your dealer you can initiate a wait list with a deposit.
Just did ED on March 23rd, a must do if feasible for any BMW enthusiast. |

I definitely want my next BMW to be an ED. 5 bmws and I haven't done a single ED or performance delivery! I'd definitely be in if I don't purchase another car by the time the m4 comes out.

I would be interested - as I have specifically timed everything with my 335is for this.
Just depends on BMW and when they release the coupe and convertible. Anxiously awaiting.... |
