I cannot believe the number of people who seem to believe that any particular car will always be faster at every single racing circuit.

GT350 and Camaro SS 1LE are great track cars. Good motors and suspension. Don't look at the price tag because the way the mfg save money is on quality of materials. GT350 owners are already complaining about there being a gap created between the bumper and taillights because the supports are not strong enough. As a previous Mustang GT owner I can tell you the motors are great but build quality and materials is not.

Impressive for the Ford 350R.. Would love to see how a normal M4 would have done out there. M4 GTS is just not worth the extra dough Imo. Especially if you have a mustang beating it on 2 different courses.

VIR is way more technical (and longer) of a track that laguna, id argue that the gearing on the GT4 cripples it at VIR, while the turbo power band on the gts is better suited.

either way, can we take a serious WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK moment for the audi R8 Plus

2:56.1 2017 Audi R8 V10 Plus

Whats the plus for? plus + 4s slower than it should be? wrong kinda quattro audi

dynamic steering is bitch
This. Agreed.

2017 R8 running slower than an 09 GT-R, 430 Scud, and Gallardo LP-570-4??? Something is off I assume.

The interior of the GT350R keeps turning me away from it. I just can't do it.

Indeed!

Though the Viper ACR Extreme did a pretty good job of topping more tracks than other cars before it.

Why no M3 / M4 ZCP? That would have been an interesting dynamic had it been included.

I suppose the audi forums and porsche forums are lit up like christmas trees right now.

I just posted how there is a dealership near me wanting 20k adm for a GT4.

Thank you Camaro for bringing these dealerships hopefully to reality!

C&D article said the R8's suspension and brakes doesn't inspire much confidence on the track, and on top of it, the P Zeros that came with the car quickly heated up and lost the grip and hence they have to fight with constant oversteer problems.

Well, I don't know, it is a everyday supercar that beat the R8 (so did everyone else) and runs close to a McLaren!

You're right it is complex, I think new tech is great, but the 1st gen for every car maker you're going to be their guinea pig.

As a current GT350 owner I agree with this. I don't have the bumper issue though and gaps are good so far. It has been easier to overlook because the driving experience is so good.

Thanks. I was hoping the response was 350R manual is not bucking/jerking like ours does when in Sport+ ;-)

I wonder if the test drivers primed the water tank for the water injection system.
I hear it fills itself up by condensing water from the exhaust, but is it filled from the factory?
Or has that M4 GTS been driving a lot already?

Good job, indeed! I've always been impressed with the C7. The C6 felt cheap to me, the C7 really upped it.

Still, I derive a lot more satisfaction sitting in a 570S.

Those of you who don't want your upcoming M4 GTS's, I'll take your allocation at MSRP. PM me. In fact, because the car is so slow, I'll take it at below MSRP. Thanks!
