Help dynoing M4

We are trying to dyno and can’t get traction control to turn off no matter how long we press the button or by assigning it to M1. The image with the car and slip marks comes on but not the o e with the car and slip marks and the word “off”. Last time we had this problem but eventually got it working. Any tips?

We got it working but to say that the results are disappointing is an understatement. I LOST 6 HP and gained 12 TQ on the ESS Stage 1+ tune. We are going to let it rest for half an hour and try again just in case it was overheated.

Hi,
Why are you losing traction, which gear are you on?

Let me get this straight ? The person tuning the car doesn't know how to dyno the car ?

Get the car out of there and go elsewhere.

It wasn't a dyno tune. I was having it dynoed to compare stock level (which I used the same dyno for) to post-ESS tune.

Apparently the problem is that you have to drive the car on the dyno for a bit to get the issues to clear and be able to select traction control off.
