From employee: "Why do you always buy the small BMW?" and from the same guy trying out the passenger seat... "These seat bolsters are so narrow and hard, I can't even sit in this thing. Why would a car company make something so restrictive? " And, "that thing makes my Harley sound quiet". Followed by, "why no chrome, stripped version?"

Yeah, if anyone asks how much it costs, I've quickly become conditioned to say "Too much" and then a long pause to let it sink in.

Probably like a lot of you, we have enough of a presence of Ferrari, Lambo, McClaren (P1), etc. that M's and AMG's typically go unnoticed or are regarded as "belonging to the help."

I don't have any neighbours so none comment except for a young lad who always comes past on horseback. It's become a running joke now cause I'm always cleaning my M3 lol.

More annoying are the young idiots while I'm cruising about in town on a nice day, lovely clean car and they feel the need to shout from their cars.. "Shit car mate" etc etc

What is that about? Pure jealousy for no apparent reason!

Thanks man!

Granite counters, 42in cabinets with soft close hinges and drawers, porcelain farm house sink, great big island. Think we ticked most of the boxes, haha.

Hell yeah on the 42 inch uppers! lots of people forget that. You can always tell a good kitchen by that and dove-tailed joints on the cabinets

Built in Fridge? I have a Sub Zero-- great looks, and stays functional as long as you decide to vacuum the coils.

If you and the GF dont want to shoot eachother by the end (ie making too many decisions), you've probably done well

Oh, and add a hot water valve in the garage, trust me, you'll love it for washes

I didn't have the heart to poo on his dreams. Besides, he seemed like a nice kid. I was genuinely kind of happy that a young person was more excited about cars than their phone.

I think we are actually planning to put a hot/cold spigot just outside the garage. Great minds think alike!

I always get why do you waste $$ on cars..it only takes you to and from a destination. My response is usually I guess u have never been in a true sports car. The smile that this car puts on my face is well worth the $$.
