Alright, so I received my prod # from my CA almost two weeks ago. According to him, my production week is 43; however, when I call the automated Genius line to check the status, it says my production date hasn't been scheduled yet.

The only individual part of my order is the exterior color (TZB). Any ideas as to why a date hasn't been established? Do the CAs really know the build date of a production before confirmation with BMW?

If you have the Prod#, you can register at BMWUSA.com to follow the status online.

As TZB is only an individual color, not an individual order, there shouldn't be any delays.

It takes a bit for the online tracking to pull the right info. Also Individual colors aren't shown.

Hoping this beauty really does come in before November so I can enjoy putting some miles on it before I slap on winter tyres.

Just called BMW Genius and my car finished production yesterday (Oct 5) and should arrive at Port Bremerhaven today (Oct 6). Not sure if I should root for late October delivery to give me a few more days of NY Tri-State area driving or hope for early November to maybe get slightly better rates.

I ordered a Tanzanite Blue with Gold.en Brown interior in April 2016. My week 39 production got pushed back to week 44. So the question is will it really start production then and if so when can I hope for delivery?

My Frozen Red M3 was built week 47 last year. I didn't take delivery until February because of how slow shipping is around the holidays.

So, it's been almost 2 Months since it began Production and it's still in Germany (@ Status 190)!

It was originally scheduled as a November P.C.D. but, from the look of things, I probably won't see
it until December or January?!?

My Individual Avus Blue/Sakhir Orange full M3 has finally entered production status, build week is officially 44! It's been a long wait (especially if you read some of my other posts about BMW ordering the wrong car first - which is about to reach my dealer just to rub it in a little more

)

But will be picking up my car in Munich Thanksgiving week! Actually, Saturday November 19th at 8:50am to be precise

Anyone else crazy enough to brave the Bavarian weather that week?

It was!? Wow! Considering the guides didn't show up until July, that's amazing.

I bet you have it by year-end. I hope you live somewhere that doesn't get snow.

At this point, I hope mine doesn't come until early Spring. We get plenty of snow (and free salt!) in the Winter where I am.
