This may seem stupid, by inject before the intercooler? I feel like after would be better for atomization and cooling. Maybe I'm wrong...

Mods List
1- BMC filters
2- AA midpipes + catless downpipes
3- Meth injection system 100%
4- BM3 custom tune by Paul Johnson (91 OCT + Meth) with no piggyback
5- BM3 DCT flash

Notes:
1- There was a wheelspin on the first run that’s why the graph shows low number for the torque 517 ft-lbs
2- The ambient temp in my area is vary between 25-28°C in winter season and could reach 35-38 °C in summer

Below are the Awron gauge readings HP / Torque for BM3 OTS Stage 2 91 OCT and Paul custom tune ( 91 OCT + Meth)

BM3 OTS Stage 2 91OCT The highest number was (570 HP /670 NM)





Paul custom tune( 91OCT + meth ) (613HP/768NM) The Awron could not read the boost correctly due to BM3 cable was plugged in.

Hi, he’s actually using an Aquamist kit which sprays based on injector duty instead of boost pressure.

For controllers like the Torqbyte, which I use, we tap the signal from the pre-throttle 3.5bar tmap.

Bringing this thread back from the dead. I'm currently running a custom E85 tune from Paul, I call it the beast mode tune, absolute animal.

Now I too am curious about adding a meth kit and running on 91. Mostly to dramatically reduce IATs, clean any carbon off the valves and reduce my dependence on E85 stations.

It looks like the Aquamist system is a nice setup, anybody know if I can use the pump with a BMS stealth tank?

Also, would a 91 + 50/50 Meth/Water give me anywhere near the numbers of an E85 tune?

Cary did the tune for me, 91 with 50/50 #5 nozzle snow performance stage 2.5 stock turbo result 487hp. later change to pure turbo PS2+ with 27-28psi, same meth setup result 581hp. last week change to Karto turbo with same 27-28psi, same meth setup result 617hp.

You can put nozzles on the J pipe that will significantly lower the IAT for sure.
