I learned driving in San Antonio road sucks when I hit a section of milled pavement without any construction warning signs at night at the posted speed limit that resulted in two bent front rims and damaged tires...for now at least. More damage likely to follow...

I'm following with a liability claim against the city, but we'll see how that goes. Only good thing I have going is I got everything on dashcam, including my immediate expletive right as I hit it.

It sounds a lot better than I thought zcp style. Mpe sounds like crap only binary minded kids would like.

The car could stand to lose 300 lbs but because its competitors are such fat arses 3600 is somehow an advantage.

I learned (remembered) that a loaner base 3 series isn't the same car on any level as my M3.

I drove on some milled pavement that oddly discolored my PSS. But only my fronts. It's weird, can't explain it.

Every time I put my iPhone (6s) on the passenger seat it triggers the passenger seatbelt chime and warning light, am I the only one?

Bloody hell, how heavy is your phone? Sounds like the occupancy sensor is too sensitive. Mine won't trigger until I place 3 litres (that's .80 gallons for you US folks ) of milk on it.

Sounds like the sensor is too sensitive. But the question is - why do you put your cell phone on the passenger seat?

I regularly place my iPhone (7S), sunglass case (and sunglasses depending on time), and a banana on the front passenger seat without triggering the chime.

Same here. What is interesting, when I put my gym bag (messenger bag style) on the passenger seat I don't get the warning. When I put the phone on, I do get the warning. When I put the bag AND the phone, I also get a warning.

It has something to do with the phone. Maybe because it is relatively heavy for it size, or it's the phone's electronics. Ill test it again with the phone off (and aluminum foil on my head ).

Asked the dealer and they said it is a common thing, and it's triggered by interference between the cell phone and the electronic seat belt sensor!

The car has a cool Animated Explanations feature built in. It displays as cool videos on the screen.

I can't back my F80 into a parking spot for shit. I don't know if it's the curvature of the hood, slant of the window line, seating position, or what, but I'm consistently crooked and have to correct. I'll swear I'm in straight, but when I check the top-down camera, I'm crooked as hell. Especially bad when it's a spot with no cars next to it to reference off of. It's embarrassing, actually.

Just use the overhead camera when backing in.
