So bmw website has this as a special offer but when you click on important info, the price goes up 100$ a month.

Almost no one actually buys the advertised build. The $3000 Holiday credit and $1500 loyalty credit this month is pretty awesome though. Plus the residual increase last month. Brought my monthly payment down almost by $100 compared to Sept's numbers.

I understand that but does say it comes w exec package and metallic paint, so about 5k in options they are figuring in. I am about 9 months from the end of my lease , if local dealer will use this as a starting point for my build I will re-up, thinking abt doing the pull forward program.

I doubt that these incentives are lockable as BMW NA/BMW FS is driving year end sales to close out 2017 and will start 2018 with new programs. For 9 months out your best option is to order a vehicle X amount over invoice exclusive of incentives with buy rate MF. Residual & MF can be locked 60 days out, except for 90 days on West Coast, but you are always locking in that months programming, can't mix and match different monthly programs. Just let the chips fall when you pick-up. Also, there can be a price increase within the next 9 months. Too many variables for 9 months out, except that the MF will be higher as the Fed is expected to raise interest rates next month and will be reflected in Jan '18 MF.

Some incentives are not lockable so check to see if it applies to an ordered car with 60+ days lead time.
Yes I do see they mention you must take delivery by the end of the month so that could be a snag - will see if they are still willing, I will be in dealership next week to put winter wheels and tires on, will discuss with them Last edited by Bch53211; 11-11-2017 at 10:10 AM.. |

Thanks for the suggestions - my car is super clean no one has ever even been in back seat!), mileage is at 30k - I have the means to buy car and trade it in , I may ask them how much they'd give in trade as an option. Love these cars, dollar for dollar miles ahead of what audi and merc is offering right now .
