Powder coating exhaust tips?

Has anyone had any experience powder coating their exhaust tips?

My pops has a powder coating booth in his basement and I am toying with the idea of changing my tips black.

If anyone has any input I would greatly appreciate it. Ill do a DIY thread if I do decide to do it.
