Ceramic brake pads

Anyone in Canada running ceramic brake pads to reduce brake dust. My only concern is how they are in winter use.

Another member in states mentioned the Power Stop Evolution pads (Z23) and was fine in the rain and similiar bite to OEM. No experience in winter from the member.

Also how difficult is it to change pads on these cars?

Pretty easy to change pads on F8x standard brakes. I posted this video in another thread.

+1 for OP's question regarding ceramic pads in the winter (I've been searching these forums for the past few days & couldn't find an answer & most of the threads I found were years old).

Can anyone comment on what the current recommendation is for a low dust, quiet, street use pad that is a compatible material with OEM pads (so I can change to OEM pads for auto cross days & winter)?

there has been no difference in CCB brake feel and power between winter, spring and fall. when snowing heavily, the initial braking is very weak, just like how it is when raining heavily.

i have not had a chance to change the pads or use the aftermarket pads though.
