"Lightweight" front Lip

Is this part vehicle specific? The reson I ask is that some members here had fitment issues (bowing in the middle) while some had perfect fitment. The bottom of my lip says M4 but I have an M3. The directions say m3/m4.

Anyone know if it is dimensionally the same for both models?

Front end is the same for all f8x
