Nope not even with coding. At least ASS stays off. Another thing that bugs me is the suggested gear indicator, even in Sport+

Why is the start up set to, efficient, sport, sport? I would assume it would have been efficient, comfort, comfort. Is it have something to do with engine temperature control? I only think this because it seems extra cooling happens when in sport+, so is this what’s going on here with these setting in sport and sport thus it would run cooler?

Throttle is efficient for fuel economy ratings. The Sport/Sport makes it seem faster.

There ya have it.

Fuel efficiency makes sense, but sport & sport making it seem faster makes no sense to me. The ride and steering in sport are already pretty stiff enough for everyday driving, comfort seems the more logical choice to me.

Call me crazy but I have been using efficient throttle a lot lately. It's definitely the most linear of the 3 settings and easiest to dial in the exact amount of throttle desired.

A few reviewers seem to like and recommend it as well. Even the videos wth BMW drivers at the school.

I will add, around town I really like comfort across the board.

I still contend the rev hang is longer in Sport mode compared to Efficient mode. Easier to shift faster in a Efficient mode.
