No way to tell unless you post all of the financial details of your deal, and that fact that you didn't isn't a good sign for you.

Net-net:
If you don't know how to provide (or that you should provide) all of financials of your deal, then it's a horrible deal .... mostly because you have no idea what you're doing and will only not be getting screwed by sheer luck.
