But I bought this too and I don't mind checking out how it looks in the centre for a while. From testing it out, it looks like pretty easy to put it on and take it off.
It's really easy to take off and put on. I take mine off when I drop the car off at my detailer and put it back when I pick it up. No tools necessary.

Carbonio does provide an additional nut if you want to secure it further and make it less trivial for someone to take off.

I ordered this and just installed this today, its pretty well built and sturdy. Takes about 10 minutes to install if your taking your time and is a true no drill option. Time will tell to see how it impacts the plastic grill and hope it doesn't crack. Also hope no impact if someone bumps the car.

How has the plastic grill held up? It looks great, just worried about parking in NYC and being bumped, as the front license plate is my main point of defense.

It has held up so far but it's not fair as I haven't driven the car a lot. In NYC I'm afraid if I parallel park and someone bumps into the front plate, it will put pressure on the grill.
