Not sure if anyone's car is ready to ship, looks like a train with alot sedans are about to be loaded up. Is bmw the only make shipped out of bremerhaven?

For those of you with completed production, how long did you car wait for the carrier? My production completed on 6/11, and everytime I call BMW NA, they say the same thing: "Your vehicle production is complete and is waiting to be picked up by the carrier". When I talk to the folks at BMW NA, they can't give me any other info other than that either.

Does this mean it's waiting to get transported to the port, or that it's waiting to be put on a boat?

Mine took 2.5 weeks from production end to getting on a vessel.

Mine was a ridiculous case though. Placed my order May 1st & the car got checked in at the port in the US yesterday so I'm hoping it arrives at the dealer this upcoming week.

All,

I hope my status helps others a bit. I put a deposit down and pre-ordered my car in early March. I had my dealer's 1st Allocation after launch cars. My original and stable confirmed production date was Week 27.

I changed my order on May 22nd. I added CCBs, Adaptive M Suspension, and Lighting Package to my order.

I got my PCD email on Monday of this past week offering an 8/14/14 delivery date. I had to ask for an extension as I have my 2nd child coming around the 20th. My PCD date is September 9th.

My car went into production of Friday. Maybe I'm an outlier or lucky, but I think some of these rumors of CCBs being unavailable or lighting package delaying vehicle production may not be true.

Greg, plug your VIN in the cargo ID and search. It should show you if yours is on the Mignon. Mine doesn't appear to be on there and it has been there since the 5th. Next ship (Carmen) is leaving on the 29th

Damn, two more weeks before they even ship! Doesn't look like we'll get them until end of July/beginning of August. I'm bummed.

Sucks huh? Mine went into production the May19th, and it's still not going to be here until late July. Although, my SA is telling me that it will still be the first customer car in CO, providing the dealers don't start selling their launch cars by the time I get mine.

Hum, May 19th. Did you confirm that it did go into production (status 150) on May 19th? What does the BMW automated phone system say now about your car's current status? Production complete?

It went 150 on or around May 19th. I thought I stood a good chance of it getting on the Fedora on the 1st, since the recording said my car was being transported to the port a few days prior. And now it appears that it missed the Mignon which left yesterday.

The recording says, "Your vehicle is at the port awaiting a shipping vessel.... Blah blah blah"

YES! I'm on the ship that left Saturday as well! 7/9 arrival at Port Hueneme. This is especially sweet after thinking I missed it and had to wait another 2 weeks. Looks like it will be going through the canal on my birthday (6/29).
