I actually have 19's and if I could do it all again would get the 18s.

The 18s are the best looking factory wheels for these cars. Had they been available for the ZCP cars, I'd get them without hesitation.

The factory 18" wheels are one of my favorite things about the car. Go for it!

I'm a big fan of the 18" wheels on this car -- I've got the 18" on my Alpine White M3, and I think they look really purposeful, with a lot of subtle design work and nice dished look. IMHO, better than the 19" wheels, which is why I did not opt for the 19s.
I would choose between the stock OEM options primarily on looks. I've got the adaptive suspension, and I don't think that there is much to the "ride comfort" argument, except perhaps on relatively big bumps and potholes. The lighter weight of the 18" wheels is a nice bonus, but probably not terribly noticeable in day-to-day driving. |

I would go with 18s because:
-Every other M3/4 has 19s, 18s stand out more -They're lighter than the 19s, the F8X owners around me all track with 18s -The grey color hides brake dust a little better -You save $1200 -Ride quality is better, although the difference is minimal and really has more to do with whether or not you have adaptive suspension -Less chance of curbing your rims (in theory, but they're both low profile enough that a standard sidewalk would curb them) Plus just look at them! |

Modesta BC-05. Car looks amazing when it's clean and it is super easy to wash now. I did CQuartz on another car and it is awesome as well. Modesta is supposed to last longer.

I don't. In hindsight, I probably should've put xpel on the front and hood.

Personally I would go with the 437M 19". Don't get me wrong the 18" wheels look amazing. But for the price the 19" really set off the car, and it is the ideal size for the F80/82 body. And if you decide you hate them, sell them for $2500-2800 all day on the forum, and pick up the 18" going for $1400-1600.
