One sentence says 50% discount and then the next one is saying $7500 saving which is less than 50%??

This is most likely a dealer only type notification and their cost is probably 50% off

I think they mean wheels are 50% off, but not the Cup2 tires, so it means only $7500 off for the package. I did have to laugh at the text: "This wheel set can separate you from all other GTS owners"...I guess except for everyone else that has them, and they are only made for this car. Ah, marketing people....

Don't Wait! Act Now! Going FAST!!!

Just got the mailer from BMW for a special offer for GTS owners.

Special offer from BMW to purchase a set of Carbon Fiber wheels for $7,500 off MSRP ($17,641.50). Includes MPS Cup 2 tires. If you consider the cost of the tires, the rims alone are about $9k

Think maybe someone Overbought.

Well Damn, 4 days late and $10k short Sorry Mario. Slow mail.

You would really have to try to design an uglier wheel.

Be warned regarding the CF wheels. They will score in front because of the break clearance. This can be a potential integrity issue especially tracking. My dealership did good and took them back and gave me refund on them.

This is no different than what happens with the aluminum wheels. In fact, any 19" wheels are going to do this, due to the overall design of the calipers and the tight clearance. My orange wheels have these, and replacing them seems like a waste of time. I'd just keep driving!

How do you replace the tire on these CF wheels? Same tire machines?

I have them on my oem too but scoring metal is not a problem vs CF. CF will crack. Can you imagine that at high speeds on a track? BMW screwed up by making the brake clearance so small on all the M4 with ceramic brakes. That's why they changed the competition package to 20" in the fronts after all the complaints. I loved my CF rims if there was definitive solution I would buy them again.
