M4 catted DP
Hey! Just bought a sleeper F82 a few weeks ago. Currently has catless dp’s with a switchpatch exhaust. Has a bad rattle on idle during acceleration with vibration. Isn’t too bad after 60 mph. But I live in VA and we’re required to do annual state inspections. Our county doest require emmisions but they still look for the CAT. Anyone running ARM or ER high flow cats with the AWE? Car is stage 2 and has a meth kit on it. Looking to drive the car daily but not really fan on the burping or all the popping lol. If you have any suggestions on exhaust set up please let me know. Thank you!

Switching to a catted downpipe will significantly lower the cold start and the rattle compared to your current catless setup.

Hi,
So the rattle is that coming from the muffler valves or is something touching under the vehicle? A catted downpipe will help reduce volume but if you have a flash tune with adjusted burble settings on the car the best thing to do is to either lower it to your liking or remove it all together.. We have catted and resonated downpipes available.

Around 25-30 whp loss on a e85 tune with stock downpipe and stock turbos.
