It's a really great little product since there there's no chance of buyers remorse on aftermarket systems. The EVC module works on ALL exhaust systems that utilize the factory EVC system without the need for key FOBs or other equipment. Even factory exhaust systems get a bit throatier, and more so when Catless Downpipes are added.

Want a race system? Open press the BC button, valve opens and you instantly have a sportier sound. Want something more conservative? Press the BC button again and the valve closes. Tired of it? Press it again and you're back to factory settings.

The EVC module adds all these usable features while still respecting factory operation.

Are you guys going to release a DIY guide for the module when it goes on sell?

Dropped by EAS today to pick these up and have them installed. As always, Kevin/EAS made the experience quick and pleasant...didn't take more than 30 minutes.

As for the module, it works perfectly as show in GOLFFRR's youtube vids. Outstanding product.

Thanks again, Kevin and EAS...and GOLFFRR for the vids and reviews of the module!

What's the install like for those of us that don't have a shop close?

Can we get installation instructions posted by chance?

Configured in setup before installation.

You have the choice of the flaps returning closed (like OEM) upon startup or left in the last position (if you prefer a specific mode).

Very simple installation, we'll have a DIY posted later this week.

Cool. and I'm assuming you could also turn the car to ON [not starting it] and open or close the valves before starting.

Yes, here's a video that was just released today showing exactly what you are inquiring:

Changes can be made while the engine is off, running or "on the fly". Blinker confirmations are only seen inside the vehicle.

Hope this helps!

Can this intercept the temp or 02 sensors? Would be cool to trick the ECU of thinking it's warm on cold start. Maybe limit boost until proper temp is reached.

GOLFFR claims cold start is no longer, and EAS has that as one of the features.

Sounds cool, but it is more expensive than it should be.
If I am in market for such thing, I would spend $500 more to get Awron gauge.

I think $300 would be perfect for this module, but it is what it is. And the Awron gauge ----- no comment.

The cold start is completely gone for me if you do what I do in my video and when you start the car drive right away and the car super quiet. Have been doing it every morning no issues at all. Car starts, I put it in drive immediately and drive out of my garage and the cars engine volume is the same as if I were in efficient mode and the car is warm. We all know that is pretty dang quiet. (AS is coded off as well FYI)

Yesterday I decided to open the valves and start the car in cold start with valves open and HOLY HELL. I do not recommend that, its sUPER SUPER LOUD lol. So that shows me the cold start process must open the valves at some point, but I can't 100% say thats what going on bc I am not a expert in that field.

But yes for me doing what I am doing is night and day quieter then before and now I have DPs and still way quieter then when I had stock exhaust and after market exhaust with stock dps. So go figure

This is for those who just want to delete the cell, have a plug in play module with no cutting, that is undetected, and lets you control the valves. And for me the fact that I can cruise down my street super quiet and at the same time release the beast at a flip of a switch the 500$ was more then worth it for me.
