Cylinder Head usable?

Hey everybody! I bought a rebuilt S55 cylinder head from eBay and noticed some damage (see photo) when I received it. I didn’t notice it on the listing, but it’s there between the 30 photos on the listing. He listed it as fully functioning like new so I have a case for returning it. My question is if this is usable as is or should I return it?

I also have a good aluminum shop out here so I could possibly get it repaired.

Thank you in advance!

Could possibly be reused, carefully clean up that edge to somewhat remove those sharp edges (machine shop) and check it for fitment and not warped. Head looks like it might have had engine damage on that cylinder. Take it to a machine shop for evaluation, if not, return it.
