TPMS malfunction or TPMS Transmitter issue?

Got a TPMS malfunction today and won't reset, how do tell which sensor is bad? Sensor blinking and won't go away but won't tell me which one...

Can you install a new sensor without having to install and balance the tire again etc?

Take it to any tire shop and they can scan all the sensors to see which reads. You just have to break the top bead and they can change the sensor out. You don't necessarily have to balance it since it's changing sensors but some places might
