F82 SO/SO Full Leather...thoughts?
So I'm ordering my F82 next week and I'm definitely getting SO exterior but am contemplating getting full SO interior as opposed to full black interior. I saw a couple pics of starchild M6 and with the window tint the full SO interior can't really be seen but from the inside of the cabin. I plan on getting 15% tint all around and think that I could pull of the full SO interior...any thoughts? If not, I might just go the Individual route and just do full black interior with SO contrast stitching. Thanks in advance for any input!

I already placed my order for SO/SO F82, so nothing to be ashamed of! I also plan to tint the windows.

In my case, I hate beige and gray interiors. My AW 135i has coral red interior and I really like how alive the interior feels. I've had way too many cars with black leather interior, so no more of that. My first option for exterior color was AY, but I would have to opt for black interior. SO/SO will be loud and I'm fine with that.

Oh my... I wish I had the guts to do something crazy like that. Congrats!
I'm not even taking "superman" into consideration (YMB/SO). I somehow just know that I'll lose interest in the orange over time and don't want to feel the need to trade in the car soon. So it's going to be YMB/black... even boring if I remember the colors of my last cars mostly being blue.

Even the steering wheel?
SO/SO is going to look pretty darn sharp!!! I can't believe the last M6 on the video with the SO steering wheel.
I like how on the full leather option we get a lot of black leather. I like that contrast. If you go and build a regular 4 series, it gets a lot more area in the primary leather color. A little too much for my taste. |

I'm beginning to wish I'd gone SO/SO instead of black leather on my order.

I'm getting my SO/SO M3 June 23rd...so you know I'm a big proponent of SO/SO. I will be doing dark tint though, but that's just because 1. I live in ATL, 2. I'm from TX, and 3. dark tint sets of the color of the paint to me.

Not a big fan of the M6 and not a huge fan of SO, but that M6 is SICK!!!
If you're going with dark tint, you can get what ever interior you want. .

I saw one SO on SO and several SO on black M6s yesterday in person. First time seeing the colors. SO ext is beautiful. I thought the SO on SO was too much, and I like red interiors. SO is fairly orange in red family and doesn't match the exterior in many light conditions. The black interiors looked great, better than expected. The black interior was very complimentary to the other blacks on the car. One of the black cars had aluminum trim, and I liked it much better than the carbon fiber or wood. I asked the driver of the M6 what she thought, she said it was too much and one of the other male drivers agreed. BMW owned all of the cars. The SO interior looked very nice with white. FYI, those gold brakes look awesome, but I can't justify the price. In short, SO is a beautiful, rich color. The SO interior came across as trying to hard or something. That's my two cents.
