BMW M4 Fueling Issue

Hey all,

Have a 2015 F82 that sputtered pretty bad. Took it to a guy and he said the fuel pressure is reading 800psi which is low. Said the HPFPs are likely bad. Ordered some off eBay, put them in, and now there's no fuel entering the cylinders (pulled a plug and did a bore scope camera). So we took the replacement fuel pumps out and put the old ones (that made the car sputter) back in, hoping we could at least get some fuel flow again, and still, there's no fuel flow past the pumps. Fuel leaked out when we removed the pumps, so there's fuel present. Just not sure why it's not making its way to the cylinders.

The car was dead and we jumped it to get it to crank. Could it possibly be a bad battery? The HPFP are mechanical so I figured it wouldn't matter in this scenario.

Been digging online for a solution forever. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated!
