What does your simulation suggest for the 1/4 mile et and trap speed?

It has been posted elsewhere but 11.7 s @ 117.8 mph. Porsche 911S fast! Also just to be clear this assumes 455 hp (30 hp underrated based on 425 hp). It also assumes a 1 foot roll out (US standard) and M-DCT (along with that weight).

Thanks for that!

On being posted elsewhere, I find searching on this forum software to be about as bad and as lame as software gets. When I click on search, I keep expecting a banner to pop up saying "Welcome to the 1980s!"

It is, but probably not before 2015. It's a shame really because the F30 and F36 can be get in Frozen colors. Don't see why the F80-F82 wouldn't be available from launch with Indiv. Frozen colors.

Interesting as it shows the individual options. I like the azurit black colour!

It also mentions that the M3 logo at the bottom of the door frame is illuminated, so either the showcars simply were not equipped with this light or its a mistake in the catalogue...
That would be awesome if we could get those same individual options

That's Moonstone. It's definitely not just white. Has a lot of golds and greens in it. Subtle, but the tones are there. Much more color than Mineral White. That color chip does not show it well.

Nice work! I am slightly puzzled though- the official BMW press release for the M5 states a standing km time of 21.9sec for the F10 M5 which would suggest that the M3/4 will be just as fast to this benchmark however the 13.4 sec quoted to 200kph for the M3/4 is a lot slower than the F10 M5 which has been tested by sport auto at 11.7 sec and other magazines still below 12 sec. Can you shed some light/opinion?

The info I posted was copied straight from the press release on M5board. Either way the M5 is quicker than claimed, let's hope for more of the same when the new cars arrive.

Very interesting, so if the same is true here we can expect the F8x 0-200kmh time to be 12.1.
