I got the car back. Overall very good job. Have one or two small air bubbles but they will take care of it. Standing 1 or 2 ft away from the car, no one can tell the film is even there. Update: the two tine bubbles disappeared 1 or 2 days later.

Does any M3/M4 owner in Canada (particularly in Vancouver area) wrap also the CF roof? My installer will gladly take the money, but even he thinks it is a bid excessive to do the full roof.
Any thoughts ? |

Logically it makes sense, as if a chip or another object hits the roof, not sure how the damage could be repaired, especially if it's beneath the clear coat. Originally I didn't want to Xpel my car, but after a long trip of 600km and seeing what happened to the front bumper and headlights I knew I am not dealing w the same bullet proof paint I had on my 12 year old e46. If you have the $, it's food insurance and peace of mind especially if you keep the car long. |
