My M4 landed in Halifax on July 8th and I am finally picking it up on Saturday. 25 days thanks to CN!

Mine landed same time/boat as yours and I'm not even on the train yet out of Halifax (at least as of yesterday). Can't understand - maybe you need to be a squeaky wheel to get some service. Guess I'll have to talk to my SA.

Since I have been tracing other's vehicles for the past week or so I have started to notice a trend with CN.
Cars destined to Toronto gets loaded faster than out west. I am basing this on when the vehicle arrives Halifax. It is generally 1-1.5 weeks wait in Halifax before getting loaded onto rail for Toronto cars. 2.5-3 weeks wait in Halifax for cars heading out west. |

so car still has to go to warehouse, pdi, THEN trucked to dealership. i wont be taking.delivery until the very end of.this month/next month. if delivery is on the 31st of.august would it be wise.to wait till sept 1st jusr incase the lease interest drops from 5.9 to maybe 4.9? is that likely or is the car still too new? what happened with the e92 when it launched?

Good question...I do not think it will drop from 5.9 until maybe the summer, just before the 2016's come in. Even 2015 5 series cars are at 5.9% now (2014 are 1.9%).
What might happen in the next few months is an addition of a 39 month option (which I would take if it happens in September). My car is tagging along with sunnyboy and will be at the dealer next week. |

i see. why was there no 39mo lease option to begin with? that be great to bring down monthly payments. does the residual move when going from 36 to 39? A percent ?
