Municipal Vehicle Coding

Hey Everyone,
I was messing around with the Bimmercode app, and noticed in the HU-NBT-EVO module, there is an option for "municipal vehicle coding". For shits and giggles, I coded it, and it added a menu to the iDrive screen, but the menu is blank. Does anyone have any insight on how to possibly populate the menu with exterior light options?

Cannot be populated without the associated auxiliary control modules and FSC files.
