Can BMW CCA discount be done retroactively within a day or two?

Bought a new F80 (woo!) on Saturday, and totally forgot about the CCA deal. I assume I'm boned, but anyone know if it's possible to work it in today / tomorrow still?

You mean CCA rebate? You send it in after the purchase / lease.

Sweet! Does the purchase have to be done after joining? Or is there a grace period?

Check BMW CCA website. You used to need to be a member for a year to qualify for the rebate but I think they added an option to buy lifetime membership to waive waiting requirement.

awesome. buying a 3 year membership for $13x.xx give you immediate access, and purchase needs to be made within 15 days of account creation (or after, of course).

This is what I did- got my 3 year membership a couple days after my purchase, and sent in rebate form the next day. Got an email about a week later that they're processing my rebate with BMW.

I know that this is really old school, but you can also just call the National staff at BMW CCA if you have any questions. There are real humans that work there, Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm ET. They're really nice and will answer all your questions, and you get the needed info direct from the source, no second-hand interpretations filtered through a forum. Their number is 800.878.9292.

This made me chuckle. Real humans who you can talk to and help answer questions!? Blasphemy!
