Service?
Recommendation for BMW Bellevue or Seattle for service? Bellevue is closer to me so hoping to hear some positive things about them...
Finally hit 1,200 miles! Thanks |

Bellevue has always treated me well. I use Clif Newton as my SA.

I've had good experience at both. I'm on the Eastside, but I just did my 1200 mi break-in service at Seattle since Bellevue was booked two weeks out. For Bellevue, also recommend Clif.

Bellevue is fine if you are doing routine stuff. But for anything else they will try to charge you.
For example; I wanted to update my Idrive (change M HUD gauges to blue). They claim its not under warranty for them to update it because theres nothing wrong so its a 2 hour work for $200. I had a rock stuck in my brake heat shield, they said they cannot claim it under warranty and its a $120 charge with a 10% "disposal" fee for the pebble. I'm not going back there anymore. I'm done with BMW Bellevue. Going to give this Alex Long a try in Seattle that so many members or recommending. |
