As much as I love BMW, I would still purchase a Ferrari (if I had that type of money to throw around...fuk you Bay Area for being one of the most expensive cities to live in... )
The cost of m4 + its performance parts definitely does not come close to the F12 pricing, but I understand where you're coming from. That intoxicating exhaust note hits my sweet spot.

There's another video where a tuned RS7 absolutely smoked the same F12.

Left gonad for the F12.
I'm done having kids anyway.

Have never understood the point of these videos. It's just a different twist on my modded 335i is faster than your stock M3.....

In other words, a modded anything can be faster than a stock anything.

Yeah, seems like a poor time for both honestly. Fair fight though. A 700 HP M4 should be able to at least dip in to the 10s with a good launch. It'd be interesting to see a few consecutive runs.

Clearly the M4 is superior to the F12...

Ferrari's are a thing of beauty and in a completely different league. A friend had an 08' 360 years ago and just riding around in that thing was awesome. Had the pleasure of driving it, great great machine.

Are you sure about that? Even if the M4 itself cost $80K, I highly doubt that it has more than $15K worth of work done to it. Let's call it $20K. So in total, a $100K M4 versus a $320K Ferrari F12.

I've seen M4 reach the 110k range lol with mods depending on what they are could surpass 20k. Turbos could be anywhere from 5-9k lighter wheels maybe 4-7k tires 1.5k or so, tune+dyno time 1k. intake another 5-600 ..suspension another 2k or so. full exhaust upwards of 7k so about 30-40k with all the other unkowns

Yawn. Keep the 1/4 runs for American muscle please. I would put money that F12 would kill the M4 around a real track.

How many $100+ M4's out there? lol not many. $80K is probably still higher than average being that they start at $66K.

Okay so fine. $110K M4. $10K for turbos. $7K for wheels/tires. $2K for tune. $5K for exhaust/intake. $1K for dyno time. I'm still $185K short of the F12

you mean 08 430.
But I hear Ya.

Funny thing is, many of the members of Ferrarichat would be too afraid to enter their F12 in a drag race like this. It might hurt the resale value...

Let's start an F12 configuration thread. I wasted a lot of time on the Ferrari website. Who's fund do I need to manage to get one as a Christmas gift?

Lol, the m4 is not $80k...maybe for a used one.

Here, I did a better approximation.
Under the BMW website, I choose all performance packages (I'm pretty sure that's what the team/company did when building this m4).

It came out to roughly $92k (Not including taxes, fees, etc). So, more than likely $100k +

Then, if you read some of the articles on that m4, they state that it was a tune from "KK-Performance." All I could find online was a KA (King Automotive) Performance from Germany. I don't read/write German, but navigating through their site, you can see some of the products they have for sale. Just the Akropovic exhaust system for this car is over $7k (US).

So, with tuning, upgrade on brakes, upgrade on internal motor parts, etc, it has to easily exceed $50k. I'm not even including labor, I'm pretty sure as a team/company, the labor was "free" lol.

This m4 possibly cost over $200k US because it seems to be a European build; therefore, Euro > US

If the Ferrari costs $320k, I'd still go for the Ferrari, lol. This is a little over 1 second that the m4 beat it by. And it's over 700bhp stock! Imagine what you could do with an extra $10k - $20k in aftermarket parts

Maybe the F12 driver should read the owners' manual.
I'm sure the launch control procedure is explained very clearly.
Have you seen an Italian owners manual before? Nothing is explained clearly!

Lol Thank you brother haha, I wasn't to far off my guesstamations haha, we sell tons of m4s in the 90-110k range. That's what South Florida does.
